Our Story so Far

Julia is a full-time nurse with a genuine passion for helping people. For many years, she has also enjoyed creating beautiful floral designs for our own home and for family and friends.

What began as a hobby gradually became something more. Julia decided to turn her long-standing love of floral design into a small business, not simply for profit, but because she wanted to create beautiful pieces that could bring colour, warmth and happiness into people’s homes and lives.

Stephen has worked as a civil servant throughout his working life and has always had a keen interest in woodworking, DIY and making things by hand. When Julia decided to take her floral hobby to the next level, Stephen wanted to join her and bring something a little different to the business.

After giving it a great deal of thought, he began experimenting with laser engraving and creating personalised wooden gifts. What started as an idea quickly became a real passion. Stephen found it incredibly rewarding to turn a simple piece of wood into something personal and meaningful that someone could treasure for years to come.

Together, we aim to create products that feel special, personal and made with care. Attention to detail is important to us, and we are always happy to work with customers on personalised or bespoke ideas wherever possible. Whether it is a floral arrangement, a personalised wooden gift or something completely unique, we want every item to feel as though it has been made especially for the person receiving it.

The next step in our journey was to create our own website and begin attending local craft fairs — something we have both really come to enjoy. Meeting customers face to face, hearing their feedback and seeing their reactions to our creations has been incredibly rewarding.

The response to our products has been wonderful and has given us the confidence to keep moving forward, developing new ideas and continuing to build our little dream venture together.
